At DK Bicycles, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the bicycle or components are securely padded.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
