Do DK Bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bicycles are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Detailed instructions and basic tools are included in every box.
What is the standard shipping time for a new bike?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for bicycles and parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles must not have been ridden outside to qualify for a full refund, and a restocking fee may apply.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and components?
Yes, all DK Bicycles frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and parts are generally covered for one year from the date of purchase.
How do I choose the right frame size for my height?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. Generally, sizing is based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for stability or sizing down for more technical, agile riding.
